Method

• Take the crimson pepper and make small slices into the side but not enough to cut all the way through
• Place vertically in the glass and add ice
• In a shaker combine tequila, agave, cilantro and lime
• Shake until well combined and strain into the glass
• Top with chilled Mango and Passion fruit
• Serve with a sturdy straw
