Ingredients

4 oz Rubicon Lychee Juice (chilled)
1.5 oz Grey Goose Vodka
A handful of raspberries
0.25 oz fresh lime juice
Fresh mint sprig

Method

In a shaker, muddle the raspberries gently to release their juices.
Add Rubicon Lychee Juice, Grey Goose, and lime juice into the shaker.
Fill with ice and shake lightly to mix and chill.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with 3 raspberries on a toothpick laid across the glass and a fresh mint sprig.
