Method

• Add Rubicon mango passion juice and Malibu to a rock glass filled with ice.
• In a mixing glass whip ube syrup and heavy cream until slightly thickened.
• Float the cold foam on top of the drink.
• Garnish with half a passion fruit and a mango slice on a garnish stick.
• If you are looking for a non-alcoholic option, simply remove the alcohol from the recipe.
