Anniversary Cocktail

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Vodka
1.5 oz. Champagne
3 oz. Rubicon Mango juice
2 oz. Rubicon Sparkling Passionfruit
4 Raspberries
Mint leaves

Method

  • In a shaker half full of ice add all ingredients except Sparkling passionfruit and champagne
  • Pour Passionfruit into the glass and top with the shaker straining well
  • Taking the back of a spoon and laying it perpendicular to the surface of the liquid
  • Gently pour champagne across the spoon to allow it to float on top
  • Garnish with mint leaves
