Coco the Magic Dragon

Ingredients

1.5 oz. White Rum or Pisco
3 oz. Rubicon Pineapple Coconut juice
3 oz. Rubicon Sparkling Dragon Fruit
1 Orange wedge
Shredded Coconut

Method

  • Take an orange wedge and run the pulp around the Rim of a Margarita Glass
  • Using a plate with fine grated coconut press and twist the rim of the glass into the coconut to coat the rim
  • In a shaker half full of ice combine Rum, Juice and the orange wedge
  • Shake until well chilled
  • Pour chilled sparkling Dragon Fruit into the glass and strain shaker over top
