Frozen Tropical Mango Lychee Margarita

Ingredients

½ cup frozen tropical fruit mix (pineapple, papaya, etc.)
1 cup frozen mango chunks
3 oz Rubicon Lychee Juice
3 oz Rubicon Mango Juice
2 oz tequila (blanco works best)
1½ oz triple sec
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup ice (adjust for texture)

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until smooth and icy (thicker than a shaken cocktail, looser than a slushie)
  • Adjust: add ice for a lighter feel, more mango for a creamier body
  • Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a lychee set inside half a passion fruit, skewered on a stick for that tropical flair
