Guava Mojito

Ingredients

1.2 oz. Dark Rum
4.5 oz. Rubicon Sparkling Guava
3 Slices of Strawberry
3 Bail Leaves torn
2 Lime wedges
Basil leaves
Strawberry wedge

Method

  • In a shaker half full of ice add Rum, fruit and basil
  • Shake until well pulverized
  • Pour into a Collins glass and top with Rubicon Sparkling Guava
  • Garnish with a bruised Basil Leave and a strawberry wedge
  • Serve with a sturdy straw and stir twice to combine
