Method

• In a shaker half full of ice add spirits and Pineapple coconut juice with 2 lime wedges
• Shake until well combined
• In a Collins glass, pour Sparkling Passionfruit and then top with contents of shaker
• Pour Hibiscus syrup down the side
• Garnish with a lime wedge
