Pumpkin Chai Latte

Ingredients

1-2 tbsp pure pumpkin purée
¼ cup dairy-free whipping/heavy cream
½ cup Tazo chai tea concentrate
½ cup Rubicon Exotic Coconut Non-Dairy Beverage
Ice
Optional: Dash of cinnamon

Method

  • Combine and blend the pumpkin purée and dairy-free cream to create the pumpkin cream.
  • Fill a cup with ice.
  • Add an equal amount (1:1 ratio) of Tazo chai tea concentrate and Rubicon Exotic Coconut Non-Dairy Beverage (about ½ cup of each).
  • Top the drink with the pumpkin cream you created.
  • Stir and enjoy!
