Ingredients

2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Rubicon Sparkling Guava
1 tsp. Hot Honey (spicy honey)
3 dashes of Orange Bitters
Orange peel

Method

Gently heat bourbon and honey until dissolved while stirring
In a rocks glass with 1 large cube pour Sparkling Guava
Add Bitters and then the Bourbon honey mixture
Stir for 5 seconds
Garnish with a orange peel and serve
